We have just had a complete bathroom remodel done by Russell's
Remodeling. It entailed gutting the whole bathroom and replacing a
bathtub with a shower. The project was a total success. The quality
of the work was impeccable. Troy went to great lengths to meet our
expectations and he made sure that all of our concerns were
addressed. We were particularly impressed with the respect Troy and
his staff had for our property. When they cleaned up at the end of
the day, everything was spotless. Each morning before they began
work, they took great care in putting down tarps to protect our
carpeting. Troy and his helper Mark were completely courteous,
friendly and professional and greeted us with a smile everyday. The
work that was performed by the contractors that Troy used
was beyond reproach. They also took great care to look out for our cats
so we didn't have to worry about them escaping. If and when we do another
remodel, Russell's Remodeling will be the only company we call. Thanks
Troy for an A+ job and we will definitely recommend you to anyone who is
needing a remodeling project.

Our experience with Russell's Remodeling was outstanding! Troy recently finished our basement and we are extremely pleased with the final product. His craftsmanship and skill was evident in every step of the build and he maintained utmost professionalism throughout the entire project. My name is Ken Matheis and I live in the South-End of Louisville in a home that we bought new in 1971. My tub/shower bath had never been remodeled except for vanity & wallpaper. Last Fall Troy completely gutted the bathroom & installed a tile walk-in shower and new tile floor. It is beautiful! The job was completed as agreed-on time-on price & our home was spotless every day when Troy left.

I am taking a few minutes to provide our thanks to you and your able subcontractors on the first class, professional renovation you accomplished at our home. The materials you recommended and used were superior; the craftsmanship was the penultimate.
Jane and I truly enjoyed working with every craftsman present on our bath/shower conversion and our lower level total renovation. This space included the relocation of our laundry room and the
addition of a powder room as well as the wonderful cabinetry you personally fabricated during the conversion of a stark basement into a wonderful space that we now wonder how we lived without for the past 30 years!
